I am not in-network with any insurance providers; however, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Many plans provide partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.
No Surprises Act
As of January 2022, out-of-network health care providers are required to give patients an estimate of the cost of services before initiating care. You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Your health care provider must provide this estimate in writing before your first session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. See the No Surprises Act link on this page for more information.
